I didn’t wear headphones for about a month after because I was worried it would hurt, but it might not have. The over the ear ones are fine and don’t cause any issues with it. In ear headphones I can use without an issue now, but it does get a bit sore if I leave them in for hours. That goes quickly though when I take them out.
